Q. What does "Flat Rate" shipping mean?

A: The most you will pay for shipping is $6.95. However, there are limitations: (1) Flat Rate shipments can only be sent to a single address within the contiguous 48 states; (2) Flat Rate shipments cannot go to a PO Box, FPO, APO, or International address; (3) The method of Flat Rate Shipments, either UPS or Post Office, is determined by our Shipping Department. If you select the method of shipping it will no longer be a Flat Rate shipment and calculated shipping charges will be applied.

Q: What happens if not all of my order is available at the same time?

A: The majority of our customers select "economy" shipping, wherein all items are held until the order is complete, and everything ships at one time. Some customers request an "expedited" shipping, wherein items are shipped as they arrive at our warehouse. In "expedited" shipping there are multiple shipping charges. For example, you place a $100.00 order on line. Sometime later, you ask to have those items already received ship to you immediately and the non- received items to ship when they are received by us. In this example, $65.00 worth of the items are on hand, so the first shipment would be free. The remaining $35.00 worth of items would ship when they are received at our "flat rate" shipping of $6.95.

Q. How much is shipping if I'm not in the 48 contiguous states?

A: Shipping is base on weight and destination. Follow this method to determine your cost:
First: Add the first item to your shopping cart;
Second: Enter your Zip or Postal Code;
Third: If other than USA, select your country from the drop down list;
Fourth: Select your method of shipping if other than Free or Flat Rate;
Fifth: Click the button "Submit Your Choices"
(A summary page will appear showing the item you have ordered and the cost for shipping that item.)
Sixth: To add more items, click on "Continue Shopping" at the bottom of the page. When you are done, click on "Submit" at the bottom of the page.
