The easiest way to place the mail order is:

(1) Add the items to the cart program just as if you were going to order on line.
(2) When finished, simply print the Summary Page, and use it as your order form.
(3) Send the printed Summary Page and your check to the above address.

There will be a 7 day delay while we wait for your check to clear your bank.
